What does each answer page include?
Every permanent answer page is built for both replay and route review. You can compare your solution with:
- the puzzle number, date and four-letter starting word;
- the recorded par and difficulty;
- a playable Poople game board;
- a published answer route with a letter-by-letter explanation.
The route stays behind a reveal control, so opening an older puzzle does not immediately spoil the solution.
How are published answer routes checked?
Puzzle records retain their source and validation status. Every listed route must use four-letter words, change exactly one letter per move and finish at POOP. If more than one supported route has the same par, the permanent answer page may show an alternative without claiming that only one route is valid.
How should I use the archive?
Try the puzzle first, use a hint if you get stuck, and reveal the full route when you want to compare solutions. Replaying previous puzzles is useful practice for recognizing bridge words, common endings and moves that preserve useful letters. What do the Poople difficulty labels mean?
Easy, Medium and Hard summarize the PoopleToday Difficulty Index for each puzzle. The index combines the computed minimum route length, word familiarity and the number of available minimum routes within Poople Today’s validated word list. Open a permanent answer page to see its score, factors and calculation scope.
