How to Play Poople

Change one letter at a time to turn the day’s four-letter starting word into POOP. Every move must be a valid English word.

Play in four steps

  1. Read the starting word. The brown matching tiles show letters already aligned with POOP.
  2. Type one valid four-letter word. The word submits automatically when you enter its fourth letter.
  3. Change exactly one letter per move. Keep the other three letters in the same positions.
  4. Reach POOP and compare with par. Par is the target route length recorded for that puzzle.

Hints, Undo and answers

Hint fills one useful next letter without displaying the full route. Undo removes your latest accepted word. Reveal opens the published answer when you are ready for a spoiler. A result completed after Hint or Reveal is marked assisted.
